satu918 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses and pending winnings.

The operation of multiple accounts, whether directly or through third parties, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and pending winnings.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. satu918 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by a Member.
3.4 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the satu918 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. satu918 makes no representations regarding the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction. Members in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited use the Platform at their own legal risk.
4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your satu918 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. satu918 will treat all activities conducted using your login credentials as authorised by you.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify satu918 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. satu918 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.3 Account Usage. Your satu918 account is personal to you and must not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other party. Accounts are created for personal recreational use only and may not be used for commercial gambling or on behalf of any third party.
5.1 Accepted Methods. satu918 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at satu918's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits displayed within the satu918 cashier section at the time of transaction. satu918 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
5.3 Deposit Integrity. All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts legally held in the Member's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. satu918 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.
5.4 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are conducted in MYR. satu918 is not responsible for any foreign exchange costs or bank charges incurred by a Member in connection with transactions.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Only verified Members in good standing are eligible to submit withdrawal requests. satu918 may require identity verification documentation (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6.2 Processing Time. satu918 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, volume of requests, and any applicable verification requirements.
6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing by satu918.
6.4 Bonus-Related Restrictions. Withdrawals of funds credited as part of a bonus offer are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Attempts to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting applicable conditions will result in the forfeiture of those funds.
7.1 Eligibility. Bonus offers at satu918 are available to eligible registered Members only, subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion. satu918 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its sole discretion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse satu918's bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, automated betting strategies, or coordinated play to reduce wagering risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
7.4 Amendments. satu918 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members will be informed of material changes via the satu918 website.
8.1 Game Availability. The availability of specific games on satu918 may vary from time to time due to licensing restrictions, technical maintenance, or provider agreements. satu918 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game or game category.
8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, satu918 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return stakes to Members. satu918 is not obligated to honour winnings arising from a demonstrable technical error.
8.3 Bet Cancellation. satu918 reserves the right to cancel, void, or limit any bet that it reasonably believes to have been placed in error, as the result of a system fault, or in circumstances that constitute a clear error in odds or game settings.
8.4 Sportsbook-Specific Rules. Sportsbook bets on satu918 are subject to the individual rules for each sport and market type as published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

All content on the satu918 Platform — including but not limited to the satu918 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, images, text, and software — is the intellectual property of satu918 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any satu918 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
satu918's collection, use, and protection of Member personal data is governed by the satu918 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
12.1 satu918 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, satu918 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and its Services.
12.2 satu918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business.
12.3 satu918's total liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.2 Upon account closure for breach, satu918 may withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, satu918 may forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from the breach. Real-money deposits made in good faith will be returned to the verified payment source unless prohibited by law.
14.3 Members may request account closure at any time via the satu918 live chat support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be completed before the account is formally closed.
